The peppers are still growing!

I just found lots of peppers still growing in the garden. We have green bell peppers, Jalapeño peppers, and some Chinese hot peppers that have turned almost black! I bet they are really spicy. It’s been getting cool at night, so this surprised me. I guess zone 8b is perfect for growing peppers!

I am terrible about keeping an eye on the garden; I tend to pick and then forget for a while. Many things need to be picked before they get too big, like cucumbers or spicy when it comes to peppers.

This time just surprised me because of the weather change. I envy those who go out every day with their tea or coffee and are so vigilant in their garden. My mom was like that.
